Protect your account with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, and similar). Email verification codes remain available as a backup where your admin has enabled them. Enable MFA under Team & Security when your workspace supports it.

The in-app Copilot and AI Setup Wizard now run on OpenAI GPT-5.5 for stronger reasoning on complex setup and operations questions. In AI Config, customer-facing agents still default to GPT-5.4; you can optionally choose GPT-5.5 as a premium model for higher-quality replies on high-stakes conversations.
