About Tykuno

Tykuno is a multi-tenant AI agent platform headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida. The company was founded in October 2025 by Solomon Kravitz to solve a specific failure mode in high-volume SMB operations: revenue lost to slow follow-up, broken context between channels, and undisciplined discounting at the point of quote.

Tykuno deploys three coordinated agents on top of an operator's existing CRM. The Sales Agent qualifies inbound leads, handles common objections, and books meetings directly to a sales rep's calendar around the clock. The Journey Agent maintains conversational context across email, SMS, web chat, and social so that no detail is lost between the first touch and the closed deal. The Profit Agent enforces pricing guardrails, validates every quote against the operator's rate card, and flags margin leaks in real time before they become signed contracts.

The platform is built for owner-operators in real estate, property management, professional services, training providers, and brokerages. These are businesses where a single missed lead can represent thousands of dollars in lost contribution margin, and where the founder still feels the pain of every leak.

Solomon Kravitz, founder and chief executive, previously held product and revenue roles at Welbilt (KitchenConnect), Qiio, Insite, and Gartner, with a background in finance and professional sales from Florida State University. Tykuno is built on Google Cloud Run and Cloud SQL Postgres, integrates directly with Gmail and Outlook, uses Twilio for SMS orchestration, and is designed to be CRM-agnostic.

Tykuno currently serves operators across four live pilots representing more than 2.4 million dollars in attributed pipeline. The company is based in Miami Beach, Florida, and can be reached at hello@tykuno.ai.
